An acrylic film having an easy-adhesion layer on at least one surface, wherein the easy-adhesion layer is formed by curing a composition containing a polyester-based resin, a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and an active methylene-blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent. An easily-adhesive acrylic film which does not substantially contain organotin as a curing catalyst for the composition in the adhesive layer and has a peel strength of 2 N/cm or less after adhesion to water.
