abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease-filled syringe capable of arranging a filled thermally conductive grease at a desired position with high positional accuracy while reducing waste loss. SOLUTION: A grease-filled syringe 10 has a thermally conductive grease 16 containing thermally conductive particles having a thermal conductivity of 10 W/(mK) or more and silicone, and a thermally conductive grease 16 filled therein.
