PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-targeted cytotoxic protein for use as a therapeutic agent in the treatment of various diseases such as cancer, tumor, immune disorder, and microbial infection. A Shiga derived from the A subunit of a member of the Shiga toxin family to provide the binding domain for cell type-specific targeting, the function of the Shiga toxin effector (eg, cell internalization and cytotoxicity). A protein containing a toxin effector region and a carboxy-terminal endoplasmic reticulum localization signal motif. [Selection diagram] None |
