titleOfInvention Oil-in-water emulsion skin cosmetics
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type which does not have a sticky feeling or a squeaky feeling during use, can feel a thickness at the time of application, has good elongation, and has an excellent usability even at low temperatures such as outdoors in winter. Provision of emulsified skin cosmetics. SOLUTION: (a) 0.5 to 10% by mass of hydrocarbon oil having an average molecular weight of 800 to 3000, (b) 0.5 to 10% by mass of higher alcohol having 10 to 24 carbon atoms, and (c) melting point. Is an oil-in-water emulsion skin cosmetic containing 1 to 20% by mass of a solid oil having a temperature of 30 to 55° C. and 0.01 to 2% by mass of a copolymer of (d) 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphocholine.
