abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acrylic rubber which gives a rubber cross-linked product having excellent water resistance. A method for producing an acrylic rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) of 10 to 80, which comprises emulsion-polymerizing a monomer for forming the acrylic rubber to obtain an emulsion polymerization solution. An emulsion polymerization step to obtain, an ethylene oxide polymer adding step of adding an ethylene oxide polymer to the emulsion polymerization solution before coagulation, and the emulsion polymerization solution are coagulated with a coagulating agent to obtain a hydrous crumb.
