titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing LED display with enhanced adhesion |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an LED display having adhesiveness and improved insulation and durability. SOLUTION: A substrate preparing step of preparing a substrate having a plurality of LED elements, and an insulating layer is formed by applying an insulating agent containing silicone as an active ingredient to the surface of the substrate slightly lower than the height of the LED elements. And an insulating panel laminating step of laminating an insulating panel having a through hole at a position corresponding to the position of the LED element on the upper surface of the insulating layer, the insulating panel being formed of any one of polycarbonate and PET. A coating layer containing a raw material containing silicone as an active ingredient to form a coating layer on the insulating panel and the upper surface of the LED element, and a silane-based compound as an active ingredient on the bottom surface of the substrate. And then spin-coating the adhesive to form an adhesive layer by curing at 70 to 90° C. for 12 to 30 hours to form an adhesive layer. [Selection diagram] Figure 1 |
