SOLUTION: Droplets of a liquid raw material for granulation are dropped onto a fluidized bed composed of coating material particles, and a fluidization velocity (mm/ms) of the fluidized bed at the dropping position and droplets before and after intermittent dropping. (Mm), the diameter (mm) of the droplet, and the dropping speed (mm/ms) of the droplet satisfy the relationship of the following expression (1). .. (Droplet diameter/Flow velocity)/(Droplet interval/Drop velocity)≦2...(1) [Effect] Uniformity of shape and particle size with a sharper particle size distribution, which effectively prevents the phenomenon that a plurality of liquid droplets interfere with each other in the fluidized bed to deteriorate the uniformity of shape and particle size. An excellent powder and granule can be obtained more reliably and efficiently. [Selection diagram] Figure 1 |
