titleOfInvention | Method for producing laminated body including thinned glass plate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated body including a thinned glass plate which is excellent in handleability, and is excellent in flexibility characteristics and bending durability. According to the method for producing a laminate of the present invention, a laminated sheet having a structure in which a glass plate having a thickness of 150 μm or less and a resin film are laminated with an adhesive layer interposed between the following [1] and [2]. ] A laminate is obtained by subjecting to a cutting step including [3]. [1] A blade is pressed against the resin film side surface of the laminated sheet along a planned cutting line to cut the laminated portion of the resin film and the adhesive layer of the laminated sheet along the planned cutting line [2] Laminated sheet Scratches are formed on at least a part of the planned cutting line on the glass plate side surface of the laminated sheet, the laser is irradiated along the planned cutting line from the site where the scratches are formed to heat, and then the laminated sheet is cooled. Cracks are formed on the glass plate along the planned cutting line [3] Tensile stress is applied in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the planned cutting line of the laminated sheet [Selection diagram] None |
