titleOfInvention Linear resin molding
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear resin molded product capable of preventing moisture absorption of a shaped article in which a shape memory polymer is three-dimensionally shaped and capable of maintaining performance even in a humid environment. A linear resin molded product having an outer layer made of a water barrier material on the outside of an inner layer material containing a shape memory polymer. The water barrier material is, for example, a thermoplastic resin having a low water absorption property or a thermoplastic resin having a water vapor barrier property. The filamentous resin molded body is used for a hot-melt laminating type 3D printer. A 3D model formed by using a linear resin molded product containing a shape memory polymer is deformed at a temperature not lower than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the shape memory polymer and lower than the melting temperature or lower than the decomposition temperature to change its shape. The deformed shape is fixed by cooling to the glass transition temperature or lower in the maintained state, and the original molded shape is recovered by heating to a temperature of the glass transition temperature or higher and lower than the melting temperature or lower than the decomposition temperature.
