An antireflection film and a display device are provided. The present invention includes a hard coating layer and a low-refractive layer formed on the hard coating layer, wherein the surface roughness has a roughness kurtosis (Rku) of more than 3.5 and less than 6, and a Swedish height. (H) is more than 20 nm and less than 200 nm and relates to an antireflection film having a light transmittance of 94% or more in a wavelength range of 380 nm to 780 nm and a display device including the antireflection film.
