Displacement measuring device |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a displacement at a predetermined position regardless of whether an object to be measured is stationary or moving. When a scanning mode is selected, a light projecting unit and a scanning unit are controlled so that different positions of an object to be measured are sequentially irradiated with measuring light. On the other hand, when the line mode is selected, the light projecting unit and the scanning unit are controlled so that the measurement light is irradiated to the same position on the measurement target. The displacement of the measuring object is measured based on the received light amount distribution output from the light receiving unit. [Selection diagram] Fig. 9 |
