abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good non-irritating properties on the skin and to have good adhesiveness equivalent to the conventional one during use (non-peeling property), and excellent peeling property after use (easy peeling property). To provide a medical adhesive which can form an adhesive layer of a skin patch, and to provide a skin patch using the same. A medical adhesive composition contains a glycidyl azide polymer and an adhesive component, the content of the glycidyl azide polymer is 0.1 to 20% by mass, and the content of the adhesive component is 80 to 99.9. The medical adhesive composition is appropriately mixed with a medicinal component and the like to give an adhesive layer composition, and the skin patch has an adhesive layer made of this adhesive layer composition.
