abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen-binding molecule targeting a novel epitope in RNF43, and to provide a multispecific antigen-binding molecule capable of treating cancer by having T cells close to cells expressing RNF43. The present disclosure provides an antigen-binding molecule comprising a first antigen-binding domain having RNF43 binding activity. The present disclosure also provides a multispecific antigen binding molecule comprising a first antigen binding domain having RNF43 binding activity and a second antigen binding domain having T cell receptor complex binding activity. The method for producing such an antigen-binding molecule also provides use of a pharmaceutical composition, an antigen-binding molecule and the like containing such an antigen-binding molecule.
