abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cellulose acetate reverse osmosis membrane as a bactericide in a reverse osmosis membrane treatment using a cellulose acetate reverse osmosis membrane for a first reverse osmosis membrane treatment and a polyamide reverse osmosis membrane for a second reverse osmosis membrane treatment. A reverse osmosis membrane treatment method, a reverse osmosis membrane treatment system, and a reverse osmosis membrane treatment method and a water using the reverse osmosis membrane treatment system, which can suppress fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane while suppressing permeation A treatment method and a water treatment system are provided. SOLUTION: A first reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 10 for obtaining water to be treated through a cellulose acetate reverse osmosis membrane to obtain first concentrated water and first permeate, and a first reverse osmosis to polyamide reverse osmosis. A second reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 12 for passing the water through the membrane to obtain the second concentrated water and the second permeated water, and a bromine-based oxidizing agent or chlorine-based oxidizing agent and a sulfamic acid compound in the water to be treated.
