PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of a protein kinase inhibitor for the treatment of various diseases or disorders strongly associated with JNK signaling. A chimeric peptide for use in the treatment of cystitis, comprising at least one first domain and at least one second domain covalently linked, said first domain being transport. Wherein the second domain comprises a JNK inhibitor sequence, the chimeric peptide has at least 80% sequence identity with a particular sequence, and the chimeric peptide is administered intravesically. A chimeric peptide is provided. It refers to the use of an inhibitor of the protein kinase c-Jun amino terminal kinase, a JNK inhibitor sequence, a chimeric peptide, or a nucleic acid encoding the same and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same.
