Chemically modified mRNA |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for producing and optimizing a modified mRNA molecule by changing the terminal structure of the molecule. SOLUTION: The synthetic isolated end-optimized mRNA according to the present invention comprises (a) a first region of a binding nucleoside encoding a polypeptide of interest, and (b) at least one translation enhancer element (TEE). A first end region located 5 ′ to the first region containing (c) a second end region located 3 ′ to the first region, and (d) ) A 3'tail of the linked nucleoside. [Selection diagram] Figure 2 |
