An umbilical cord-derived adherent stem cell having one or more characteristics selected from the following (a) to (e): a) one or more selected from the group consisting of COL1A1, IGFBP4, TAGLN, STC1, LRRC17 and IL33 is more highly expressed than bone marrow stem cells, b) selected from the group consisting of CCND1, SERPINE1, PRNP and CYP1B1 One or more of which are expressed less than bone marrow stem cells, c) maintain the morphology of adherent fibroblasts during subculture, d) to adipocytes, osteocytes or chondrocytes Differentiation ability; and e) Consists of CD200 +, Tra-1-60-, CD3-, CD1a-, CD11c-, CD16-, CD86-, CD8a-, CD40-, CD141 +, CD61 +, CD87 +, MICA / B- and SSEA4 +.
