A reducing agent supply system for supplying a reducing agent to the injection nozzle, a reactor having a catalyst layer for performing a reduction reaction of NOx in the exhaust gas, a first operation mode for reducing the NOx emission amount to a regulation value or less, and NOx An operation unit that switches the second operation mode that reduces the emission amount to a lower regulation value or less, and, in the case of the first operation mode, supplies a reducing agent at a first flow rate to the first injection nozzle.
