titleOfInvention | Aromatic modified polyhydroxy resin, aromatic modified epoxy resin, epoxy resin composition and cured product thereof |
abstract | An aromatic-modified polyvalent hydroxy resin which provides a cured product having excellent dielectric properties, low water absorption and low thermal expansion properties, and is suitable for applications such as insulating materials, paints and adhesives in the field of electric and electronic devices, and aromatics obtained therefrom. Provided are a group-modified epoxy resin and an epoxy resin composition containing the same. SOLUTION: An intermediate obtained by reacting a styrenic compound with formaldehydes under acidic conditions and then an aromatic hydrocarbon reaction, and an aromatic modified polyhydric hydroxy obtained by reacting an aromatic hydroxy compound Resin. FIG. 2 shows an example of components contained in the aromatic-modified polyvalent hydroxy resin. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
