Pharmaceuticals containing a carrier into cells that form an immune complex |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for using an antigen-binding molecule to eliminate an antigen from plasma. The present invention uses an antigen-binding molecule comprising an Fc region and two or more antigen-binding domains, wherein at least one of the domains is an antigen-binding domain whose antigen-binding activity changes depending on ion concentration conditions. The antigen from the plasma of an antigen-binding molecule capable of forming an immune complex containing an antigen-binding molecule of at least one molecule and (b) two or more antigens (however, the antigen includes two or more antigen-binding units). How to use to make it disappear. The method of use, wherein the condition of the ion concentration is a Ca ion concentration, and the binding domain is an antigen domain whose binding activity to an antigen at a low Ca ion concentration is lower than that at a high Ca ion concentration. Further, the use method wherein the ion concentration condition is a pH condition, and the antigen-binding activity of the antigen in a pH acidic range is lower than the antigen-binding activity in a neutral pH range.
