abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic containing an ionizing component that significantly increases the expression of type IV collagen α1 chain in a living body by a polarity inversion energization method. A positive pulse swarm pulse signal and a negative swarm pulse signal including a base and an ionized component including a positively ionized positive ionized component and a negatively ionized negative ion component are included. In the cosmetic introduced into the living body through the alternately supplied introduction electrodes, the ionized component contains hydroxyproline, acetylhydroxyproline, and alanylglutamine, and the total amount of the cosmetic is 100% by mass.
