abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a coating composition and a method for producing a coating film capable of forming a coating film having excellent solvent resistance and glossiness by reducing the VOC content, suppressing the flow and sagging of the coating material, and providing a coating film having excellent solvent resistance and glossiness. The coating composition is a coating composition containing an acrylic polyol, a polyisocyanate component, and a pigment, wherein the polyisocyanate component contains a polyisocyanate derived from an aliphatic diisocyanate. The viscosity of the polyisocyanate component is 200 mPa · s or more and 1,500 mPa · s or less, and the content of nonvolatile components is 67.5% by mass or more and 80.0% by mass or less with respect to the total mass of the coating composition. And 45% by mass or more and 55% by mass or less based on the total mass of the pigment, the acrylic polyol and the polyisocyanate component. The method for producing a coating film is a method in which a coating composition is applied on an object to be coated by airless spray to form a coating film. [Selection diagram] None |
