[Solution] The method for synthesizing vanadium oxohydroxide (H 2 V 3 O 8 ) of the present invention is a method in which a dispersion in which vanadium pentoxide is dispersed in 2-propanol is sealed in a closed vessel, and the temperature is raised to cause a reaction. A method for synthesizing oxohydroxide (H 2 V 3 O 8 ), wherein the dispersion and the inert gas are charged into the closed container, and the temperature of the closed container is increased to 6 MPa or more at a temperature of 220 to 240 ° C.
