Photoelectric conversion element, solid-state imaging device, and organic light absorbing material |
abstract |
An organic material having excellent thermal stability, and a photoelectric conversion element and a solid-state imaging element using the organic material are provided. A photoelectric conversion element is provided (a-1) a first electrode 21 and a second electrode 22 provided separately, and (a-2) provided between a first electrode and a second electrode. The photoelectric conversion material layer 30 includes a substance having the following structural formula (1). Since a lactam skeleton is provided to the material having such a structure, thermal stability can be improved. As a result, an organic light-absorbing material and an element having excellent thermal stability can be provided. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
