titleOfInvention | Method for producing thermoplastic resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition capable of suppressing the generation of foreign matter. A method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition containing 80% by weight to 99% by weight of a thermoplastic resin and 20% by weight to 1% by weight of an additive using a twin-screw extruder. A step of supplying the thermoplastic resin and the additive to the kneading chamber in the cylinder, a step of kneading the thermoplastic resin and the additive in the kneading chamber to obtain a thermoplastic resin composition, and a step of obtaining the thermoplastic resin composition from the discharge port of the cylinder. The additive supplied to the kneading chamber has a particle shape having a maximum length of 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less, and the temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition discharged from the discharge port is within a predetermined range. A method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition, wherein the cylinder temperature in a predetermined section of the cylinder is within a predetermined range. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
