The present invention relates to a semiconductive polymer cement composition, and an object thereof is to realize an electrolytic protection structure suitable for uniformly protecting the entire concrete structure. A semi-conductive polymer cement composition for forming a semi-conductive layer (16) for use in a cathodic protection structure of a concrete structure including a concrete layer (10) having a reinforcing bar (12) therein is provided. It contains an inorganic binder such as cement, a polymer component, an inorganic conductive filler made of a carbon-based conductive material or the like, and an auxiliary component containing a foaming surfactant. The inorganic conductive filler is uniformly mixed in a weight ratio of 40 to 250 wt% with respect to the inorganic binder. As a result, the semiconductive layer 16 is provided with a uniform electric resistivity belonging to the range from 0.005 Ωm to less than 1.0 Ωm. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
