titleOfInvention Method for producing thermoplastic resin composition
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition using a pelletized carbon black masterbatch containing a high concentration of carbon black. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition which is less likely to be classified even if a “pellet-like” carbon black masterbatch is blended therein and can exhibit a stable black coloring concentration. A method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition from a raw material containing a carbon black masterbatch (α) and a pellet-like raw material (β), comprising: The mass ratio (α / β) of the blending amount of the carbon black masterbatch (α) to the blending amount of the pellet-like raw material (β) is 0.001 to 0.111. The carbon black masterbatch (α) contains 35 to 55% by mass of the carbon black (A) and 65 to 45% by mass of the thermoplastic resin (B). A pellet containing the auxiliary agent (C) in an amount of 0 to 10% by mass, a diameter (D) in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pellet being 2 to 5 mm, and a carbon black master batch. and wherein the (ratio collapse angle (theta beta) of pelletized material for θ α) (β) (( θ α) collapse angle α) / (θ β)) is 0.85 to 1.15 Production method.
