abstract | An additive for a recycled aggregate-containing cement composition capable of improving the strength of concrete formed from a cement composition containing the recycled aggregate is provided. Further, the present invention provides a cement composition capable of providing concrete exhibiting excellent strength, and a method of producing a cement composition capable of providing concrete exhibiting excellent strength. An additive for a recycled aggregate-containing cement composition contains an alkanolamine compound, a copolymer (A) having a specific structure, and a structure in which an alkylene oxide is added to a polyhydric alcohol in an amount of 5 mol or more. An additive for a recycled aggregate-containing cement composition comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of oxycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof, keto acid or a salt thereof, sugar, sugar alcohol, and fluorine compound.
