abstract The present invention provides a simple and low-cost soil purification system that can wet-classify soil into gravel, sand, and fine particles while removing harmful metals and the like adsorbed on the fine particles. The soil purification system includes a wet soil classification unit that crushes soil contaminated with harmful metals and the like and classifies the soil into gravel, sand, and fine particles, and an iron-based fine particle from sludge discharged from the soil classification unit. It has a pretreatment section for reducing harmful metals and the like by removing particles, and a posttreatment section for chemically removing harmful metals and the like from sludge discharged from the pretreatment section. The pre-processing unit separates the magnetic sphere 20 and the sludge discharged from the adsorption device 18 from the adsorption device 18 that moves the magnetic sphere 20 and the sludge in parallel to adsorb the iron-based fine particles to the magnetic sphere 20. The screen device 19 includes a centrifugal separator 22 for removing iron-based fine particles from the magnetic spheres 20 discharged from the screen device 19, and a magnetic sphere returning device 23 for returning the magnetic spheres 20 to the adsorption device 18.
