titleOfInvention | Thermal conductive rubber composition, method for producing the same, heat dissipation sheet, and heat dissipation member |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a thermally conductive rubber composition which is excellent in adhesion to an object to be contacted, shape changeability, and handleability, is reusable and has excellent heat dissipation characteristics, and a method for producing the same. The rubber substrate includes an uncrosslinked rubber and thermally conductive particles, and a crosslinked rubber layer that covers at least a part of the surface of the rubber substrate and that includes a crosslinked rubber and thermally conductive particles. A thermally conductive rubber composition, wherein the uncrosslinked rubber is a UV-curable rubber, and the thermally conductive particles are UV impermeable particles. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
