titleOfInvention Porous composite film, battery separator
abstract A porous composite film suitable for a battery separator having a wide width, a long length, no wrinkles, a low moisture content, and excellent cycle characteristics, which has been difficult to produce, and high safety and good cycle characteristics. Provided is a battery separator suitable for a long-life, high-capacity battery. A porous composite film comprising a porous substrate and a porous layer laminated on at least one surface of the porous substrate, wherein the composite film satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iv). (I) The porous substrate is a polyolefin porous membrane. (Ii) The step of wrinkles on the porous composite film is 0.2 mm or less. (Iii) The water content of the porous composite film is 500 ppm or less. (Iv) The width of the porous composite film is 450 mm or more, and the length after winding is 2 m or more.
