titleOfInvention Thin-layer chromatography
abstract An object of the present invention is to normally develop a detection target in thin-layer chromatography. A thin-layer chromatography for separating an object to be detected from a sample containing at least the object to be detected and contaminants, wherein the thin-layer chromatography is separated from the direction of development in the step of separating the object to be detected by more than 90 degrees in a clockwise direction. It is characterized in that it has a pre-processing step of performing development in a direction larger than 270 degrees. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
