abstract | [PROBLEMS] Corrosion resistance performance by sealing a connection terminal portion with a polymer material without covering a sensing portion of a plurality of physical quantity measurement sensors (semiconductor elements) having sensing portions with different heights with a sealing material. Obtaining an excellent physical quantity detection device. According to a method of manufacturing a physical quantity detection device of the present invention, a three-dimensional structure is formed in advance on a circuit board 207 on which a flow sensor 205, a pressure sensor 204, a humidity sensor 206, and the like are mounted in consideration of the structure of each sensor and connection terminals. A three-dimensional sealing material 278 formed in a shape is provided. Thereafter, by heating and molding, the connection terminal portion can be sealed with the polymer material without covering the sensing portions of the plurality of physical quantity measurement sensors (semiconductor elements) with the sealing material.
