Cross-Linking Antibodies Bind to Human and Rat Renal Epithelial Podoplanin and Variable Region Fragments thereof |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an antibody or a low-molecular antibody having a target cross-linking property capable of targeting both rat and human renal epithelial podoplanin. The present invention has at least one amino acid sequence of the following six CDRs, or has at least one amino acid sequence containing addition, substitution, or deletion of one to several amino acids in the amino acid sequence of the following six CDRs. A cross-linked antibody or cross-linked antibody variable region fragment that binds to human and rat renal epithelial podoplanin having at least one amino acid sequence having at least 80% identity to the amino acid sequences of the following six CDRs: Chain CDR1: DYGVN (SEQ ID NO: 1) heavy chain CDR2: VIWGGGNTYYNSALKS (SEQ ID NO: 2) heavy chain CDR3: HRGA (SEQ ID NO: 3) light chain CDR1: KSSQSLLNSGNQKNYLI (SEQ ID NO: 4) Light chain CDR2: WASTRES (SEQ ID NO: 5) Light chain CDR3: QNDHTYPLT (SEQ ID NO: 6).
