abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a strength enhancer capable of improving early strength development of a cement composition produced through steam curing, and a method for producing the same. The strength enhancer according to the present invention contains a cement-based hydrate, and the proportion of the clinker mineral in the cement-based hydrate is less than 50% by mass. The method for producing a strength enhancer according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing a cement composition and water to form a cement hydrate; and forming a cement hydrate, and a ratio of clinker minerals in the cement hydrate.
