The method includes at least one type of FAU-type zeolite and has a capacity of 20 m 2 . external surface area greater than g −1, non-zeolitic phase (PNZ) content such that 0 <PNZ ≦ 30%, Si / Al atomic ratio between 1 and 2.5, 0.08 cm 3 . 0.25cm 3 from g -1.
