titleOfInvention Culture vessel and culture method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a culture vessel having a micro-spatial structure capable of producing spheroids having a uniform size with high efficiency and easily performing medium exchange and recovery. A plurality of recesses (10) each having a bottom (11) and an opening (12) are arranged, and the bottom (11) has a shape of a hemisphere or a truncated cone. The opening (12) is constituted by a wall having a taper angle of 1 degree or more and 20 degrees or less surrounding a boundary from the bottom (11) to an end of the recess (10), and an equivalent diameter of the boundary is 50 μm or more and 2 mm or less; The depth from the bottom to the end of the bottom (11) is not less than 0.6 times and not more than 3 times the equivalent diameter, and the wall constituting the opening (12) forms a surface continuous with the bottom (11); A culture vessel in which the slope of a continuous surface changes at a boundary.
