abstract | The present invention relates to a method for predicting the usefulness of chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. More specifically, the present invention measures the expression levels of breast cancer prognostic genes and standardized genes in biological samples obtained from breast cancer patients. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for predicting by dividing into a patient group having a large usefulness of chemotherapy and a patient group having a small usefulness by standardization. The method of the present invention has the effect of accurately predicting the usefulness of chemotherapy for breast cancer patients, and can be used effectively for the purpose of presenting clues regarding the direction of future breast cancer treatment. |
