The present invention relates to vesicles derived from Propionibacterium sp. And uses thereof, and the production of vesicles derived from Propionibacterium sp. Is increased in the body by a high-fat diet compared to a high-carbohydrate diet, compared to normal humans. The vesicles are significantly reduced in the blood of cancer patients such as breast cancer and liver cancer, inflammatory diseases such as asthma and atopic dermatitis, and metabolic diseases such as diabetes and cirrhosis. It has been experimentally confirmed that the vesicle suppresses the secretion of inflammatory mediators by pathogenic vesicles and at the same time suppresses the death of keratinocytes and increases the expression of androgen receptor in the body. Pionibacterium-derived vesicles are expected to be used in methods for diagnosis or prediction of cancer, inflammatory diseases, endocrine diseases, or metabolic diseases, pharmaceutical compositions, foods, cosmetics, and the like.
