Spinal trauma correction and fixation |
abstract |
Tools and techniques have been described that are useful for frontal compression, chance, or trauma correction of ruptured fractures, particularly where the posterior longitudinal ligament and posterior arch anatomy are still intact. The tools described can be used to reduce fractures through a posterior approach that is compatible with both open and minimally invasive methods, and to provide further distraction for ligament reduction. |
