The present disclosure generally provides a protein that is bivalent in order to bind to two epitopes (eg, first and second epitopes) and to bind to each of the first and second epitopes. The present disclosure also provides a specific binding protein, such as an antibody, that binds to a target protein. The disclosure also provides compositions comprising such proteins, nucleic acid molecules encoding such proteins, and methods of making such proteins. The present disclosure provides methods of inducing an immune response in a subject, as well as methods of treating or preventing cancer in a subject by administering a protein, nucleic acid molecule and / or composition to the subject.
