A rotating assembly is provided. The rotating assembly is for forming a microstructure, and is mounted on the rotating body so as to be separated from the rotating shaft, and a rotating body rotatable around the rotating shaft, on an outer surface thereof. A first support member on which a predetermined viscous composition is positioned, and a fluid communication portion for communicating the inside and the outside of the rotating body, wherein the viscous composition is rotated by the rotating shaft when the rotating body is rotated. A micro structure can be formed by being pulled in the radially outward direction and hardened by the drawn viscous composition through the fluid communication portion. [Selected figure] Figure 2 |
