titleOfInvention Temperature forcing system and method with conductive heat probes
abstract The temperature control fluid forcing system includes a temperature control system that generates a flow of flowing temperature control fluid. The heat exchanger includes a thermally conductive housing in which a plurality of walls define a flow space formed therein. A flow of temperature control fluid is in thermal communication with the housing through the flow space formed. A thermally conductive probe in thermal communication with the exterior of the heat exchanger housing, and the thermally conductive probe with thermally conductive protrusions in thermal communication with the exterior of the heat exchanger housing As a result, heat is conducted into and out of the DUT when the thermally conductive probe is in contact with the device under test (DUT).
