Process for forming a defect free fiber composite material. More specifically, a process for forming a blister-free fiber composite without the need to actively monitor or control blister formation during formation of ply laminates, and blister-free composites produced thereby It relates to the material. The fibrous ply is coated with the dried particulate binder without impregnating the ply with the binder. The gaps between the fibers / tapes allow air to diffuse out of the laminate without affecting the binder coating, thereby avoiding blistering. [Selected figure] Figure 1 |
