abstract | The present invention relates to a baicalin magnesium compound and a method for producing and extracting a baicalin magnesium compound. The manufacturing method includes steps such as preparation of baicalin suspension, preparation of suspension containing magnesium ions, reaction, and drying. The extraction method includes steps such as pretreatment of macroporous adsorption resin, extraction, adsorption and elution, concentration and drying, and purification. Baicalin magnesium can reduce baicalin's existence form in the ogon and can be used as a medicine instead of baicalin. The baicalin magnesium compound has significantly improved solubility than baicalin, has a fast oral absorption rate, has a high bioavailability ratio, and can be formulated very conveniently into a water-soluble injection or powder injection. As is clear from pharmacological experiments, the pharmacological activity of baicalin magnesium was superior to baicalin. |
