A composition for diagnosing bone disease, a method for detecting PICP using the composition, a polynucleotide encoding the antibody or a fragment thereof, a recombinant expression vector containing the same, and a cell transformed with the recombinant expression vector, The present invention relates to a method for producing an antibody or a fragment thereof specifically binding to PICP using a recombinant expression vector, and a method for producing a recombinant PICP protein. Using the method of the present invention, PICP, which is a protein complex, can be easily produced with high purity and high yield.
