abstract | The present invention provides a system and method for producing high purity vanadium electrolyte, which uses vanadium trichloride oxide as a raw material, precipitates ammonium salt, produces low valence vanadium oxide by fluidization reduction, dissolves and activates by ultrasonic wave. The solution is supplemented with sulfuric acid solution and clean water to produce high purity vanadium electrolyte at low temperature. Efficient exchange of heat is realized by heat exchange of ammonium salt and reduction exhaust gas, heat exchange of reduction products and fluidized nitrogen gas, and ammonia is recovered by recovering ammonia gas in reduction exhaust gas to precipitate vanadium.
