The present invention relates to a novel fusion protein comprising a transcription regulatory domain of p65, which is a subunit of transcription factor NF-κB, and a protein transport domain, and uses thereof. According to the present invention, the fusion protein of the present invention suppresses transcription of NF-κB and IL-2 by competitive inhibition, suppresses secretion of inflammatory cytokines by LPS, and IL-2, IFN-γ in spleen cells. , IL-4, IL-17A, and IL-10 production, and thus can be usefully used as a preventive or therapeutic composition for NF-κB overactivity-related diseases.
