The present invention is a novel radiolabeled mGluR2 selective over other mGlu receptors that is useful for imaging and quantifying metabotropic glutamate receptors mGlu2 and 3 in tissues using positron tomography (PET). / 3 relates to ligands. The present invention relates to compositions comprising such compounds, processes for preparing such compounds and compositions, of such compounds and compositions for imaging tissues, cells or mammals in vitro or in vivo. The use as well as precursors of said compounds are also of interest. |
