Step b for preparing a measurement sample by adding more than one kind of nucleotide as an internal standard substance, Step c for separating each nucleotide from the measurement sample by liquid chromatography using a normal phase column, and each separated nucleotide A method comprising: a step d for identifying by mass spectrometry; and a step e for quantifying each nucleotide by determining a ratio of a chromatogram peak area of each identified nucleotide to a chromatogram peak area of an internal standard substance.
